Karabakh soldier killed by enemy fire

On June 24, around 10:50 pm, soldier Armen Avetisyan, 19, died in a frontline position of a military unit in the eastern direction of Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact. He was fatally wounded by Azerbaijani fire, the NKR Defense Ministry reported. 

An investigation is underway.

The NKR Defense Ministry shares the grief of the loss and extends sympathy to the family, relatives and fellow servicemen of the soldier.
