Zhamanak: Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting will not take place soon

Citing diplomatic sources, Zhamanak writes that a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Paris will not take place in the coming weeks. The date of the meeting is not known yet. The negotiations are underway and only the idea, plan and proposal for holding the meeting exist.
