Hraparak: Serzh Sargsyan to celebrate his 60th birthday in Karabakh

While Armenia’s Establishment is still deciding how to congratulate Serzh Sargsyan on his 60th birthday and what gifts to present to him, the President is leaving for Karabakh today, Hraparak writes, citing its sources. 

“Despite the fact that by going to Karabakh, he makes everyone understand that there is no need to fuss, there will be those who will wish to travel to Karabakh,” the newspaper says.
