President offers to cushion electricity price increase impact on disadvantaged families

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has offered Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan to find ways for cushioning the impact of electricity price increase on disadvantaged families, the press service of the government reported. 

The Prime Minister instructed the Ministers of Finance, Economy and Labor to draft a decision to increase family allowance for about 105,000 disadvantaged families.

The decision is to be submitted to the cabinet meeting on July 3.
