Hraparak: Nairit plant employees to stage protest

Workers of Nairit plant will stage a protest outside the Armenian government this morning, Hraparak writes. The plant’s trade union and workers will participate in it. 

Nairit workers earlier sent a letter to the government asking when the plant will resume operation and when their wage arrears will be paid. They gave an ultimatum, after which they threatened to take to the streets.

One of Nairit employees told the newspaper that the last time they received salary was on May 20.
