Hraparak: Aliyev’s statements should not be taken seriously, Baghdasaryan says

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s statements should not be taken seriously, head of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction Vahram Baghdasaryan has said, according to Hraparak newspaper.  

In particular, Aliyev said in a Twitter post that “the first stage of the war is over and a second stage may begin.”

“It is not the first time Aliyev is making such statements. I think he who begins a war needs serious experience and readiness. These are mere words, I see no actions,” Baghdasaryan was quoted as saying.
