168 Hours: New lawsuit on pension law being prepared

Armenian MP, member of ARF Dashnaktsutyun faction Artsvik Minasyan has told 168 Hours that a new lawsuit is being prepared to challenge the constitutionality of several provisions of the law on accumulative pension system adopted in May.

He noted that the lawsuit has to be discussed and agreed on by members of the non-government parliamentary factions. “The document is likely to be submitted to the Constitutional Court by late September,” Mr Minasyan added.
