Hraparak: Armenian cargo stuck at Poti port due to bad weather

Railway freight being transported from Armenia has not reached Russia, and has stopped in Poti. It is unknown how long this will go on.

Sources told Hraparak that Georgia refuses to provide ferries, citing poor weather. From Poti, ferries head to Russia, Ukraine and Turkey and the cargo has accumulated there.

“Meanwhile, there is information that Georgia gives preference to cargo from Ukraine, which has caused Russia’s discontent,” the newspaper says.
