Zhamanak: SMEJA head directs budgetary funds to his own company

Mihran Poghosyan, head of Justice Ministry's Service for the Mandatory Execution of Judicial Acts (SMEJA), the owner of Catherine Group Company, orders services in his own company, Zhamanak reports.

According to the newspaper, on December 12, SMEJA signed a 2,107,000 drams contract with Catherine Group director G. Badalyan. Under the contract, Catherine Group shall provide maintenance of 16 cars on the balance sheet of SMEJA.
