NKR Defense Ministry: Tension declines at Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact

Tension has declined at the Line of Contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani troops as compared with the previous days, the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Ministry reports.

On January 8 and on the night of January 9, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire about 180 times, with about 1,700 shots fired at Karabakh frontline positions.

Frontline units of the NKR Defense Army keep on the alert and keep control of the situation on the frontline.
