Zhoghovurd: Armenian banks refuse to provide loans

Armenian banks are refusing to provide loans in the wake of the December developments. Some banks, in particular VTB Armenia Bank, are mulling cutting the staff of loan departments, Zhoghovurd writes.

In response to the query of Zhoghovurd, VTB Armenia Bank said that this is misinformation and all departments of the bank work as normal.
