Zhoghovurd: RPA to announce launch of constitutional reforms process on Thursday

The leadership of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has decided to convene a Council meeting on Thursday to announce the launch of the constitutional reforms process, Zhoghovurd writes citing sources.

When the concept of constitutional amendments was published last year, Armenian President’s spokesman Arman Saghatelyan stated that President Serzh Sargsyan will announce his decision in February or March 2015. So Serzh Sargsyan has decided to announce his position at the RPA Council meeting on February 12.
