Zhoghovurd: Tsarukyan’s guards armed again

Armenian police are again arming Gagik Tsarukyan’s guards that were disarmed only a week ago, Zhoghovurd writes. They are again registered as employees of the state guard department and receive government-issue weapons. There are entities whose protection is of key importance.
