Zhoghovurd: Court rules in favor of Hayrikyan’s lawsuit against Sedrakyan

On February 13, 2015, the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan’s Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts passed a decision in favor of National Self-Determination Union leader Paruyr Hayrikyan’s lawsuit against Vardan Sedrakyan, Samvel Harutyunyan and Khachatur Poghosyan convicted for an attempted murder against Hayrikyan, Zhoghovurd reports.

The newspaper reminds readers that on February 27, 2014, Hayrikyan filed a lawsuit demanding that the individuals involved in his attempted murder pay 41 million drams to cover the expenses of his treatment.
