Zhamanak: Yerkrapah Volunteer Union to back Arthur Harutyunyan in Abovyan elections

Members of Kotayk branch of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union (YVU) are indignant that news spread saying that YVU will support Vahagn Gevorgyan in the Abovyan mayoral elections to be held on June 7, Zhamanak has learnt.

YVU members Mesrop Mkrtchyan and Vardan Khachatryan told Zhamanak that they are going to support Arthur Harutyunyan. Khachatryan noted that no one can force him to back some candidate.

The newspaper notes that Kotayk branch of YVU has 28 members, out of which 20 have said that they support Arthur Harutyunyan and 8 said they back Vahagn Gevorgyan.
