Hraparak: Kapan police chief tested for alcohol

Several days ago, a group of policemen from Yerevan flew to Kapan by helicopter, where they captured the chief of Kapan police, as well as several investigators and police officers, Hraparak reports. 

According to the newspaper, they were brought to police department and tested for alcohol.

“Rumors say serious problems have emerged between the police and investigation departments in Syunik region and a conflict is brewing,” the newspaper says.
