Zhamanak: Tsarukyan to organize constitutional referendum in Kotayk

Ex-leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan is now in full control of Kotayk province as his son-in-law, Karapet Guloyan, is the new Governor of Kotayk and Vahagn Gevorgyan became Mayor of Abovyan with Tsarukyan’s support, Zhamanak reports.

“How is Tsarukyan going to thank the authorities and why was Kotayk province left under Tsarukyan’s control? We have reliable information that the responsibility to organize the referendum on constitutional reforms in Kotayk has been laid on Tsarukyan,” the newspaper says.
