Yerevan hosts 4th International Medical Congress of Armenia

The 4th International Medical Congress of Armenia provides a good opportunity to assess the work done and specify the approaches of our policy and the problems, Armenian Health Minister Armen Muradyan told reporters on July 1, the first day of the congress.

This time the congress focuses on public health problems and the work on improvement of medical aid quality, the minister was quoted as saying by Health Ministry’s press service. He also spoke about achievements of Armenian healthcare sector, in particular the program of emergency heart operations.

The Congress Chairman Ara Babloyan presented further work. Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan made a speech of welcome.
