Armenian gymnast Arthur Tovmasyan wins gold at Gwangju Universiade

Armenian artistic gymnast Arthur Tovmasyan has won the gold medal in rings at the 2015 Summer Universiade held in Gwangju, South Korea on July 3-14.

“Our athlete scored 15,500 to win the title of a champion, leaving Igor Radivilov and Oleg Vernyaev of Ukraine in 2nd and 3rd place, “ Armenian Education and Science Ministry’s spokesman Zohrab Yeganyan said.
