Armenian banks provide loans of $34.9m in a week

$77,943,498 was bought at the average rate of 473.78 drams per dollar and $74,038,873 was sold at the average exchange rate of 475.76 drams per dollar in the intra-bank currency market of Armenia on July 6-10.

Purchase and sale transactions of $3,250,000 at the average exchange rate of 475.30 drams per dollar were carried out on the stock exchange NASDAQ OMX Armenia over the indicated period.

Transactions of $4,950,000 at the average rate of 475.71 drams per dollar were carried out in the interbank market Armenia on July 6-10, according to the press service of Central Bank of Armenia.

On June 29 – July 5 the loans provided by Armenian banks amounted to 34.3bn drams and $34.9 million.
