Zhamanak: Flights tickets in Armenia much more expensive than in Tbilisi

When traveling abroad, most citizens of Armenia prefer to buy flight tickets in Tbilisi, the capital of neighboring Georgia , since tickets in Tbilisi are quite cheap. For example, the ticket for a Yerevan-Barcelona-Yerevan flight costs 850 euros as compared with 427 euros in Tbilisi, ‘Zhamanak’ paper writes. The price of a round trip ticket between Yerevan and Paris is 594 euros (374 euros in Tbilisi), and a round trip ticket between Yerevan and Rome will cost a traveler 623 euros compared with 407 euros of a flight ticket in Tbilisi.
