Haykakan Zhamanak: ARFD member may be appointed to fill vacant post of justice minister

A member of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Party (ARFD) may be appointed the vacant post of Armenian justice minister, ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily says, not ruling out that the resignation of Justice Minister Hovhannes Manukyan may be related to the process of giving some ministerial portfolios to ARFD.
