Bako Sahakyan signs decrees on appointments and dismissals in NKR Defense Army

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree, according to which Major-General Miqayel Arzumanyan was appointed first deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 19916, relieving him from the post of the commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 32964, the press service of NKR’s president said.

According to another Presidential decree, Colonel Masis Miqayelyan was relieved of his post as deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 19916.

On the same day the Head of the State signed a decree on appointing Colonel Boris Davidov as deputy commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 19916, signing a contract for five years.

By another decree,  Colonel Alexander Grigoryan was appointed commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N 32964, signing a contract for five years.
