Serzh Sargsyan congratulates painter Arkady Baghdasaryan on 70th birthday

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a congratulatory message to Merited Painter of Armenia Arkady Baghdasaryan on his 70th birthday, according to the presidential press service.

“You have made a significant contribution to the development of contemporary Armenian arts and the creative continuation of centuries-old traditions of Armenian painting. I wish you good health and new creative achievements,” the presidential message says.
