Zhamanak: Ruben Hakobyan returns to ARFD party

‘Zhamanak’ paper writes that the head of the Heritage Party’s parliamentary faction Ruben Hakobyan will run in the 2017 parliamentary election on the ticket of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Party (ARFD). 

“Ruben Hakobyan is a former member of ARFD. In the current parliament he acted more as a ARFD member than the head of Heritage faction: his views and vote contradicted those of Heritage. The return of Hakobyan does not come as a surprise to ARFD members,” the paper says.
