Levon Aronian’s team wins European Club Cup

The leader of  the Armenian national men’s chess team GM Levon Aronian while leading the Russian club “Sibir” got an excellent result at the European Club Cup in Skopje, Macedonia, Chessfed.am said.  Aronian’s team scored 6 wins and one draw, winning the title of European Club Cup champion. The member of Armenian national women’s team Lilit Mkrtchian was playing in “Ugra” club that took the bronze medal in the women’s tournament.
