President of Artsakh holds Security Council meeting

On 22 December President of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabagh) Bako Sahakyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council. Issues related to the current situation along the Karabagh-Azerbaijani borderline, the process and results of the Telethone-2015 as well as programs to be realized were on the agenda of the meeting, according to the presidential press service.

Defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan and prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan delivered corresponding reports.
