Zhoghovurd: Constitutional reform referendum to be held in NKR as well

Zhoghovurd’ paper says that a referendum on the constitutional reform will be held in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, too. “The issue has not yet been discussed officially, but Free Homeland Party is going to submit a proposal to the NKR’s president to launch official discussions,” PM of Nagorno Karabakh  Arayik Harutyunyan told the paper.

In 2016 the process of making a transition to the parliamentary system of government will start in the NKR, according to the newspaper.
