Zhoghovurd: Inmates in Armenia ordered drugs from France by mail

A group of inmates in ‘Kosh’ and ‘Artik’ prisons of Armenia recently managed to order narcotic drugs  and psychotropic substances from France by mail. The package was delivered, according to ‘Zhoghovurd’ paper.

The paper also says that about two months ago law enforcers solved a series of crimes committed by inmates who fraudulently obtained large sums of money from more than 40 citizens.
