Cyclic power cutoffs in Lori province of Armenia due to bad weather

The bad weather has led to cyclic power cutoffs in several villages of Armenia’s Lori province in the new year 2016, Panorama.am learned from local residents. 

The administrator of Agarak village told Panorama.am that strong winds caused power cuts in the city of Stepanavan of Lori.

“You can’t imagine what a storm is here! Power lines become entangled in a gust of wind and cause outages”, he said adding that repairmen are dispatched to deal with the problems.
