Human Rights Defender of Armenia Karen Andreasyan resigns

Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia Karen Andreasyan has handed in his resignation, according to a statement on the HRD’s Facebook page.

Karen Andreasyn thanked his colleagues for joint work, expressing hope that the protection of human rights will remain a priority of Armenia’s society and state.
