Vardges Gaspari walks free

Vardges Gaspari’s lawyers appealed the decision of the Court of First Instance on detaining the activist. The lawyers consider the decision unreasonable.

“The Court of Appeals overturned the decision of the Court of First Instance of Shengavit administrative district on detaining activist Vardges Gaspari,” Gaspari’s lawyer Davit Gyurjyan told Panorama.am. 

The decision was made by the Court of Appeals led by Judge Armen Danielyan.

“Right now we are going there to welcome Gaspari,” said the lawyer.
