Senior police officers held hostage released

Senior police officers, Vardan Yeghiazaryan and Valery Osipyan held hostage by members of “Daredevils of Sassoun” armed group since July 17, have been released, Pastinfo reports.

Earlier, news agencies reported that members of the armed group met with Director of National Security Service of Armenia, Georgi Kutoyan with the mediation of Artsakh hero, Vitaly Balasanyan. It was decided that hostages would be set free provided that a media point is established.
