New sports complexes after Monte Melkonyan opened in Artsakh

On 29 August Artsakh Republic President, Bako Sahakyan visited the Gishi village and the Chartar town in the Martouni region and partook there at solemn opening ceremonies of new sports complexes after Hero of Artsakh Monte Melkonyan, Central Information Department of Artsakh President’s Office informs.

According to the source, the President expressed gratitude to philanthropist Vladimir Avagyan for the realization of these important programs noting that physical education of the younger generation would further on remain in the spotlight of the state.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the event.
