Criminal case launched over the murder of the NKR serviceman by the Azerbaijani fire

The Third Garrison Investigative Department of Armenia’s Instigative Committee has launched a criminal case over the murder of the Armenian serviceman as a result of the Azerbaijani fire.

The information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee informed Panorama.am that the Third Garrison Investigative Department has launched a criminal case over the committal of a murder on the basis of ethnic, racial or religious motives. Preliminary investigation is underway.

To note today, around 11:00 Karabakh Defense Army serviceman Gor Gareginyan, 1997, received a fatal gunshot wound in the head as a result of the Azerbaijani shot fired in the direction of the combat position of a military unit located in the north-eastern direction of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army.
