Artsakh President congratulates the Head of South Ossetia

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent today a congratulatory letter to President-elect of South Ossetia.  As Information department at the Artsakh President’s Office reported, the letter runs as follows:

«Your Excellency,

On behalf of the people, authorities of the Artsakh Republic and personally myself I cordially congratulate You on the victory in the presidential elections of the Republic of South Ossetia-State of Alanya.

I am confident, that Your personal qualities, passed way, knowledge and great experience as a state and military figure will create a suitable base for consistent development of fraternal South Ossetia and strengthening of its national statehood under Your leadership.
I once again extend my congratulations to You, respectful Mr. Bibilov, on being elected head of the state.

I wish You and the whole people of the Republic of South Ossetia peace, prosperity, successes and all the best».
