Iran election: Rouhani wins 57 percent of the vote

Iranian Interior Minister has announced the final results of Iran's 12th presidential election. According to the outcome, incumbent President Hassan Rouhani got 23,549,616 votes. His closest rival Ebrahim Raeisi gained 15,786,449 of votes.

The two other candidates, Seyed Mostafa Mirsalim and Seyed Mostafa Hashemitaba, gained 478,215 and 219,450 of the votes respectively.

To note, some 41.2 million Iranian citizens cast ballots at the elections.
