Chess: Armenia’s Tigran Petrosian wins World Open

World Open major international chess tournament is over in Philadelphia, U.S. 216 chess players, including 33 GMs, took part in the tournament.

As the Chess Federation of Armenia told Panorama.am, Armenian GM Tigran Petrosian achieved great success at the tournament. The Armenian player gained 7.5 out of 9 points and became the sole winner of World Open chess tournament.
