Two alleged ISIS members arrested in Russia

Two alleged members of a cell of the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist organization banned in Russia have been arrested in the Moscow region, the Federal Security Service (FSB) reported Monday, according to local media reports

The FSB said the arrested persons planned to commit terrorist attacks at mass gathering places and in transport in September 2017.

Two high powered homemade bombs, two guns, two grenades, communications tools have been seized during searches at suspects’ place of residence, the statement reads.
