Zhora Hovhannisyan of Armenia wins gold at World Veteran Wrestling Championship

Armenian wrestler Zhora Hovhannisyan won a gold medal at the 2017 World Veteran Wrestling Championship held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As the National Olympic Committee reported, the Armenian wrestler competing in the 62kg weight category, won the final bout against Hedge Nelson of the United States at a total score of 9:1.

To note, the victory is Hovhannisyan’s 15th champion title.
