Armenia sees rise in production of meat and meat products

According to the data released by Armenia's National Statistical Service (NSS), the meat production volumes rose by 1.2% during the first half of 2018, comprising 19, 510.7 tons. During the indicated period in the past year 19 286.4 tons of meat was produced in Armenia.

According to the statistics, the meat products, including sausages, increased by 11.4%, totalling to 5 239.6 tons. The production of semi-finished meat products also rose by 28.8% to 480.4 tons.
