Armenian, Artsakh FMs meet in Stepanakert

Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Masis Mailyan held a meeting in the Artsakh capital of Stepanakert on Monday morning, Panorama.am reports, citing the Armenian Foreign Ministry’s Twitter account.

As the ministry reported earlier, Mnatsakanyan was set to pay a visit to Artsakh to meet the country’s leadership.  

The top Armenian official is also expected to tour the capital’s Tumo Center for Creative Technologies.
