State Symphony Orchestra to unveil 2018-19 season with Shostakovich Symphony No.8

The 2018-19 season opening concert will take place today at the Aram Khachatryan concert hall by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra. As the Orchestra reported in a statement the concert features the Symphony No. 8 by Dmitri Shostakovich. The concert, which is performed by the Orchestra after four-year break, will be led by Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Sergey Smbatyan.
