Chess Olympiad: Armenian men’s team beats Greece

The Armenian men’s and women’s teams have claimed victories at Round 4 of the 43rd World Chess Olympiad taking place in Batumi, Georgia.

The men’s team beat Greece 3-1, while the women’s team took a 2.5-1.5 win over Italy, the Armenian National Olympic Committee told Panorama.am. 

The male and female chess players of Armenia are set to face Azerbaijan and China, respectively at the fifth round scheduled for Friday.
