Light snow hits some roads in Armenia

Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports light snowfalls on the roads of Hrazdan and Gavar regions as of 9:30am Thursday, March 28.

Vardenyats Pass is shut down for cargo and trailer trucks and difficult to pass for passenger vehicles.

Snow clearing works are underway, the ministry said.

All the other interstate and republican highways in the country are open for traffic.
