Vardan Balayan quits as Deputy commander of the Artsakh Defense Army

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on Monday according to which major-general Vardan Balayan was released from the position of deputy commander of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army and separated from military service for retirement based on long term service, Information department at the president’s Office reported.
