Kocharyan supporters, critics waiting for ruling outside Constitutional Court

Supporters and detractors of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan have gathered outside the Constitutional Court building waiting for the court ruling.

The highest court began on Tuesday deliberations on Kocharyan’s appeal on determining the constitutionality of Articles 35 and 135.2 of the country’s Criminal Procedure Code used against him by law-enforcement authorities.

The court is due to issue its ruling on the appeal by Wednesday evening.
