Armenian citizen arrested in Kaliningrad airport for sneaking e-cigarette on plane

Security officers in Russia’s Kaliningrad airport arrested on Thursday a citizen of Armenia for reportedly vaping at his seat on a plane of Moscow-Kaliningrad flight. As the local sources reported, the unnamed man lives in Sochi and is a citizen of Armenia. Proceedings on administrative offence was opened against the passenger.

To note, on-flight smoking — including from e-cigarettes — is banned by the vast majority of airlines around the world.
