Tigran Mansurian honored with high state award

Upon a decree of President Armen Sarkissian of Armenia, renowned composer, People’s Artist of Armenia Tigran Mansurian has been awarded the 1st Degree Order for Services to the Homeland.

Mansurian received the award for his significant contribution to the development of music and outstanding achievements.

The award ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace on Wednesday.
