Armenian PM’s spokesman sacked

Vladimir Karapetyan has been dismissed as spokesperson of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Karapetyan said in a Facebook post.

“I no longer fulfil the duties of the PM’s spokesman. This one year of working in Prime Minister Pashinyan’s office was a great experience,” he wrote.

“As I had promised before my appointment, I did my job with pleasure and devotion. Thank you!” he added.

Karapetyan took office as PM’s spokesman in January 2019.
